Logline: Tracking the end of a relationship in vivid detail, Goodbye Brandy follows Lennox and Brandy as intimacy gives way to the need for autonomy.

Production Overview: Weinstein’s debut as a writer and film director tested her ability to manage a full film production while performing as an actor. She pulled off this feat with a combination of rigid scheduling, smart budgeting and a characteristic tenacity that carried the production through to wrap. The film was mainly shot in two hour increments over the course of several weeks, only during the brief period between sunset and dusk. This unique filming schedule was made possible by raw daisies’ in-house video and audio equipment, which gave Weinstein the flexibility to film only when the time was right. The effect is a film that portrays the twilight of a relationship in both literal and figurative terms.
