about

this evening of unique, underground theater will be performed in a brooklyn apartment. audiences will be encouraged to mingle & party before and after the plays, creating a house-party vibe with five never-before-seen one act plays performed throughout the space. each play has its own unique story, genre, and voice.

WILL PRICE (AJ, rule of three) is excited to do this play in someone’s real apartment and apologizes if he accidentally spits on you, as it’s a small space. He is also excited to reunite with Jacob Moskovitz, who’s written a beautiful piece about messy people who are trying to figure it out. He can be seen most recently in Goosebumps on Hulu/Disney+. Thanks to everyone at raw daisies, Jason and Jacob. Love to Isa. @willprice


JASON SANCHEZ (Johnny, rule of three) a Cuban-American actor from Miami, Florida is absolutely stoked to be working with raw daisies! As a recent graduate of UNCSA, he couldn’t be prouder to perform alongside so many fellow alumni.


KATE PITTARD (Nico, good to you) hails from the foothills (LOL) of the Blue Ridge in central Virginia and now is an actor based in Brooklyn. She debuted post grad in the 10-person cast of the 2021 Disney/ABC Talent Showcase. This month she wrapped in Puerto Rico as the lead in the indie feature Face of The Earth, and also recently guest starred in season 2 of And Just Like That. She recurred in Ed Burn’s Epix series Bridge and Tunnel and made her feature debut in Spoiler Alert with Jim Parsons and Sally Field. You can also catch her in the upcoming Picturestart/New Line feature comedy Sweethearts. She’s a 2020 graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts and is represented by A3 Artists Agency and Matthew Lesher. Lastly, Kate would like to dedicate this performance to her kitten Tins, who is the greatest kitten in the world. Thank you.


APRIL CONSALO (writer/Del, good to you) is an actor, writer, and director based in Brooklyn. Most recently, she starred in the horror-feature Cannibal Mukbang, which screened worldwide at over a dozen festivals including Austin Film Festival, Brooklyn Horror Fest, & Screamfest. Her leading performance as “Ash” garnered a Best Actress award at Screamfest and at Northeastern Film Festival. You can find her in a lifetime movie if you look hard enough, and a variety of shorts if you look even harder. Her directorial debut Like/Subscribe, starring herself and Tara Raani, will premiere in 2024. She is a 2019 SCAD Performing Arts Alum. She would like to thank Abigail, Kate, Katie, Aimee, all the playwrights & raw daisies. Most of all, she’s like to thank Jared, for being an incredibly active listener.


MALIK CHILDS (Max, will we ever not be scared) is an artist/actor from the east side of Detroit, Michigan. Recent credits include A Soldier Play National Broadway Tour, Exception to the Rule (Off-Broadway Debut), and Wu-Tang: An American Saga. Malik is passionate about telling stories that are liberating and have the power to change the hearts and minds of all people. Overjoyed to be making art with friends. “All love, all ways.”


TESS RILEY (Chandler, will we ever not be scared) is a New York based actor, writer, and theater maker. She graduated with a BFA in acting from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in 2022. Most recently, she appeared as Noreed Purdy in In the Heat of the Night (Delaware REP) and Sasha in a workshop of mother/land (Theatre Row), a play in development which she also co-created. Other recent credits include Masha in The Three Sisters, Jessie in Sweat, Andromache in the devised Love & Depositions, and a feature in the short film Happy For You. She also has narrated audiobooks for Hachette including Salvage This World and Wolfpack.


KATIE AILION (Audrey, best effort) is thrilled to be bringing new work to life with raw daisies! New York: David’s Play (NC Fringe Festival) Regional: Bad Accents (Westport Country Playhouse), Thousand Pines (Westport Country Playhouse, dir. Austin Pendleton), Red Herring (Portland Stage), A Midsummer’s Night Dream (NC Symphony). Film: Friday, Novel Love (Lifetime), Rainwater, The Philanthropist. EMMA KIKUE (Logan, best effort) Film and Television credits include The Adults, Josie & Jack, Love Life, The Sinner, Bull, Elementary, The Code, Instinct, Madam Secretary, and Braindead. On stage, she appeared in the world premiere of God Said This at both Actors Theater of Louisville and Primary Stages in New York, and has originated roles off-broadway in What You Are Now with Ensemble Studio Theater and The Civilians, Fruiting Bodies at Ma-Yi Theater, and Brainwash at 59E59. You can hear her in the audio play song of the Northwoods on Audible and Symphony Space’s Selected Shorts, broadcast on NPR. Web-series and short films include Grocery List, Sweetgreen, Khaki is Not Leather, and Boyshorts. She will appear in the upcoming feature films 12 Hours in the Life of Jason Bruckner, and Black and White and Red All Over. Emma lives in Brooklyn and would love to talk to you about early 2000s pop-punk.


ALYSSA JAMES (Frances, best effort) is a queer, mixed-race artist based in Brooklyn. She is a lover of all things game-related, whether it be bowling, rummy, or walking faster than google maps says she can. She is constantly seeking the humor in the darkness of daily life and strives to make art that reflects that absurd contradiction. Her recent credits include Storme and the Punch at Playwrights Downtown and Poolside with the Pebble Collective. UNCSA Drama ‘23.


URI ZERBIB (Patrick, party animals // Tyler, will we ever not be scared) is a Brooklyn based actor, writer, musician, gamer, and frequent collaborator with the raw daisies crew. Most recently he has started to record an album with his band @giantinflatabledog where he plays guitar and sings. He also has solo folk projects under the stage name “Ritz Derwitz” which can be found wherever you stream music! When he’s not on stage, Uri has recently found a passion for script supervising as well as general behind the scenes work in film. He can usually be found wandering the streets looking for a place to eat. Follow him on insta! @ritzderwitz


MICHAEL FEDER (writer/director/Chris, party animals) is a writer, director, actor, musician and co-founder of raw daisies. He has written and directed many works for the state and screen, including the raw daisies short films Shiva, Howard and Apartment. He has produced every raw daisies production, including Bleeding Juniper, Games We Used to Play, G-Spot, Goodbye Brandy, and Drones. He is also a guitarist, vocalist and songwriter in the band Giant Inflatable Dog, alongside his co-star Uri Zerbib and Dylan Markulec. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. In his free time, Feder can be found by the merch table.

JACOB MOSKOVITZ (writer/director, rule of three) is an actor/writer/director. He loves making plays and movies with good people. He’s really grateful to raw daisies for a fruitful collaboration and for pushing him to write. He’s also grateful to his incredible actors, Will and Jason, for their time and trust.


ABIGAIL HOLLAND (director, good to you) is a southern director for theatre and film, currently based in Brooklyn. She was a Peter F. Sloss fellow at Berkeley Repertory Theatre, and has worked with Signature Theatre, Namt, 24 Hour Plays (Broadway + Nationals), and NC Symphony. Abigail directs stories about bizarre women navigating bizarre circumstances & is a big fan of contradictions. SDC Associate Member. Uncool!


KATIE ELLE WEINSTEIN (writer/director, best effort // Winnie, good to you). Co-Founder, raw daisies. New York: Our Memory (world premier at Lincoln Center Education). Regional: Lungs (Shaker Bridge Theatre). Romeo and Juliet (NC Symphony), The Figaro Plays (World Premier at McCarter Theatre Center). Selected Film/TV credits include: Tomato Paste and Eggs, Games We Used to Play, Intimacy, Crimson Carnations, Laura, G-Spot, We Dream of Pyramids, Howard, and Shiva. Selected Writing/Directing credits include: Bells, Going Bananas, THEPATHFORWARD, or fucking hell, and Goodbye Brandy. Katie is an actor, writer, director, and producer of both the stage and screen who has an affinity for original works. She is currently developing two feature films and will act in an independent comedic film immediately after this wraps. Education: UNCSA BFA Drama. MADELYN CARDARELLI (writer/director, will we ever not be scared) is a writer, director, and producer based in Brooklyn, NY. She received her BFA in Film/Video Production from Pratt Institute as well as double minors in Psychology and Gender & Sex Studies. Over the last few years, she has worked very closely with the raw daisies team and as of 2023 has officially joined as Creative Director. Through raw daisies, she has been able to combine her passions of creating art and building spaces for artists to connect, play, and grow together. She has been thrilled to reconnect with her theatre roots through this unique project. what is raw daisies?

we are a small indie production company based out of Princeton, NJ, that prizes artistic experimentation and boundary-pushing works that focus on strong storytelling and complex characters, normally in film but now in theater as well. we seek to build communities that encourage support, play, experimentation, growth, and celebration of new artists so as to allow for truly freeing and unique creations.
